π Who can submit?
- This poster session is open to all participants of TESS 2026.
- Individual and group submissions are both accepted.
π Submission details
Please submit:
- A short abstract (150β250 words) describing your poster in Vietnamese/English
- A draft of your poster design (image format such as JPG or PNG)
Your abstract may be based on your published studies, ongoing research, or initial research ideas.

Selection process:
- All submissions will go through an internal review process.
- Only 20 outstanding posters will be selected for presentation.
Selection criteria:
- Clarity and relevance of the research idea
- Personal reflection and creativity
- Connection to real-life educational contexts
- Potential to engage and communicate ideas effectively
Notification:
- Selection results will be announced via email on June 20, 2026.
For selected presenters:
- Presenters will design their own posters.
- Posters must be printed in A0 size, in full color.
- Portrait or landscape format is accepted.
- Please ensure the poster is high resolution and clearly readable when printed.
- Posters will be presented at the on-site session.
π¬ What is this poster session about?
We aim to create a friendly and open space for sharing and discussion, where participants can:
- Talk about their research
- Share experiences
- Learn from each other
This is not just a place to present research, but also a space to exchange ideas and start meaningful conversations.
π― Topics you can present
You can submit posters on topics such as:
- AI and technology in education
- Language teaching and learning
- New teaching ideas or methods
- Teacher or student experiences
- Any topic related to education
π¨ Poster design
We also encourage you to be creative and personally reflective. Your poster does not have to follow a traditional academic format.
Sample posters: Portrait Poster Sample, Landscape Poster Sample
You may include:
- Photos from your research or teaching
- Personal stories or reflections
- Quotes that inspire you
- A message you would like to share
- Poems, drawings, or creative ideas
- People or moments that inspired your work (including family or friends)
We also welcome multilingual presentations. You may incorporate different languages in your poster. Please ensure that you are able to explain your work clearly during the session.
We believe research should be close to real life and make a real impact.
π Benefits for presenters
Presenters will receive a certificate of presentation.
This is also a great opportunity to share your work, connect with other researchers, and receive constructive feedback from peers and mentors.
